Director, Financial Services with a Leading Brussels-based Public Affairs Consultancy

An immediate vacancy for a Director with 8-10 years experience in Financial Services regulation. The Director is the daily lead of the Financial Services team reporting to a Partner, serves in the management of the company, servicing our clients and developing new business.

You are…

  • An EU citizen, fluent in English and at least one other EU language
  • In possession of excellent drafting and communication skills
  • Politically savvy and a skilled networker
  • Able to think strategically, act independently and inspire others.
  • Comfortable with EU policy making, the processes and the people
  • Familiar with the Financial Services market either through industry or a regulator, the EU institutions, a relevant corporate representation, trade association or consultancy
  • Preferably already with team management experience.

As Head of our Financial team, you will be:

  • Assisting our clients in outreach to decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Advising our clients on policy challenges and opportunities
  • Leading the Financial team members
  • Managing projects across teams
  • Driving business development and acquiring new clients
  • Taking part in the management and development of a rapidly growing company along with other Directors.
