Brussels is like a magnet for serious trade associations who want to have a say about their market conditions. Some associations prefer to manage themselves, but need communication and advocacy support from consultancies. Other associations might optimize performance, seek a more professional and flexible structure, and lower costs by outsourcing the management to people on the ground with cross-sector experience and the relevant political network.

Secretariat function

We provide full support and management of your trade association. We can also offer the physical “home” of your association and members can use our office facilities in our prestigious 18th century building facing the European Parliament whenever they are in Brussels. We will devote a specialist to manage your activities, advise you, and to be your direct contact point. We will also deliver secretarial assistance based on your needs.

Internal & external communication / newsletters

Running a trade association requires the ability to multi-task at all levels. We help you in developing internal communication materials and to create newsletters, leaflets, brochures and design your webpage. We can also draw up Press releases where needed and contact relevant journalists to ensure media coverage of your activities and positions. We will also advise you on targeted policy events/roundtables/workshops.

Public affairs capacity building

Many associations use all their energy on internal matters. We always advise our associations on how to get their message heard and to engage positively with decision-makers. We inform and discuss policy trends and content with members and can assist you in communicating your concerns to the Institutions. As a fundamental part of your outreach, we actively participate in the formulation of relevant legislation, build and expand your network and liaise with stakeholders.
