Alberto advises clients on telecoms, IPRs and digital issues.
Prior to joining cabinet DN, Alberto was Senior Manager at Digital Europe, the European trade association for ICT hardware manufacturers, where he was dealing with Telecoms, ICT and Intellectual Property Rights issues and was also responsible for relations with the Parliament. He was also a delegate to regulatory bodies ERG, COCOM and RSPG.
Alberto gained extensive experience in telecoms issues at the Telecom Italia Brussels office and prior to that he fulfilled an internship with the Italian mission to WIPO and WTO in Geneva. He graduated on International and Diplomatic Sciences from University of Trieste, Italy, and did an MA in Management of Innovation at the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna di Studi e Perfezionamento, Pisa, Italy.
He is a native Italian speaker, he is fluent in English and French and has basic knowledge of Spanish and Arabic.
Finally, he is full member of RENA and Senior Advisor for AISVEC.
