Dan Wolff is Director for Transport.
He has in-depth experience in EU regulatory affairs of network industries and either establishing or overhauling representative organisations and units.
Since 2005, he has been active in EU transport policy for a number of railway, road and aviation clients. He has also headed the political team of the European Rail Infrastructure Managers and the European Affairs unit of Réseau Ferré de France. In this context, he has dealt with railway and intermodal issues such as the recast of the First Railway Package, the Eurovignette Directive or the “Better Airport” package. He is regularly providing railway expertise to various international organisations.
Prior to that, he took a leading role in the preparation and communication of the French Post Office position on a number of regulatory and policy issues. In particular, he helped developLa Poste’s lobbying strategy vis-à-vis both the revision of the Directive on the liberalisation of the postal sector and the Directives on public procurement.
Dan holds a Masters degree from the College of Europe, and a degree in law and political sciences.
He is a native French speaker and also speaks fluent English and Hebrew and some German.
