Manon works on digital and telecom issues. She was previously a policy adviser for two MPs in the French Parliament, where she gained legislative and institutional experience on a wide range of subjects. Before this, she worked as a policy adviser to the President of the Morbihan’s department, especially on International and European Affairs.
She also spent three years working on one of the four major French political foundations where she was in charge of the Brussels’ office and EU public relations, including the EPP’s foundations’ networks. Her first job in 2004 was working with one of the major political parties, where she worked directly with the directing team. In parallel, she was involved in local political campaigns in French Brittany, thus gaining know-how on expectances in the field, from both citizens and local politicians, communication, and the relationships with the private sector.
Manon holds an MA in European Affairs and speaks English, and some Spanish and Italian in addition to her mother tongue, which is French.
