Petra works on energy, environment and health issues. Before joining cabinet DN, she worked with DG Environment at the European Commission on the TEN-E Regulation and on the related energy guidance besides diverse impact assessment issues. Previously to that Petra has gained experience with IBM ISSC and with the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the office of the Government Commissioner for the EU Presidency. She also completed a legal internship at Philippe & Partners Law Firm in the Brussels and Paris offices where she supported the environmental and energy law practice.
Petra is a lawyer graduated at Eötvös Loránd University and holds Master’s Degree in International Relations from Corvinus University of Budapest. She has also been engaged in postgraduate economic studies. In addition to that, she studied European policy at Université Sorbonne Nouvelle of Paris and spent a semester at the Facultés universitaires Saint-Louis in Brussels.
Petra is fluent in English and French, has a good command in German and speaks basic Spanish in addition to her native Hungarian.
