Stella is responsible for energy and environment issues.
Before joining cabinet DN she was a Senior Institutional Affairs Manager at Foratom – Brussels-based nuclear energy trade association, where she worked on issues of security of energy supply, new buildings, competitiveness of energy technologies, sustainable development and the Energy 2050 Roadmap. She was also responsible for relations with the European Institutions.
Stella completed a traineeship with the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and also worked with NGOs on human rights issues.
She holds Master’s Degree in International Relations from the Warsaw School of Economics (PL) and in European Integration and Development from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (BE).
A native Polish speaker, she is fluent in English and speaks French and German.
